Are your staff vetted to attend a Victorian school?
Yes. Every APS team member working on a school site holds a current Working with Children Check, police clearance, and the school's own induction documentation. We make those records available to the business manager at any time.
Can you work around school holidays and exam weeks?
That's the default. Major works, deep cleans, defect remediation and equipment maintenance are scheduled around term breaks; before-bell and after-bell touch-points run during term to keep occupied spaces presentable without disruption.
How does the AIMS asset management work?
Our qualified staff run scheduled safety assessments on playground equipment, shade sails, carparks, gates and security infrastructure, with reports filed against the AIMS framework. We coordinate remediation through our vetted contractor log and close items out in the same register.
What reporting do principals and business managers receive?
A consistent cadence built around your own reporting obligations — photo-evidenced site reports, defect register status, planned vs. completed works, and a monthly summary suitable for council and department uplifts.
Can APS extend to government departments outside schools?
