Aligned Education was born inside Aligned Property Services — a Melbourne-based group built on disciplined cleaning, transparent reporting, and rapid escalation. In 2025 the Aligned Property Group acquired FIXD Property Solutions, a schools-focused facilities company whose values closely matched our own. The stars were aligned.

Part of that acquisition was a portfolio of existing school contracts across the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne. Those campuses gave us the platform to apply Aligned's structured service programs, digital task management and photo-verified reporting to the unique demands of education and government work.

We care for our frontline staff better than most. This is shown by the longevity of service in our team, regular employee-of-the-month awards, and inclusive staff social events that recognise the real work happening on site. Happy and well-trained staff produce a result that needs to be experienced.

Today we deliver maintenance, grounds, AIMS-aligned safety assessments, defect management and regular reporting to principals and business managers — built around the school timetable, not against it.
