In 2025 the Aligned Property Group acquired FIXD Property Solutions. After much investigation this schools-based facilities company had similar values and was a natural extension for us to extend our award winning Owners Corporation cleaning and maintenance business. The stars were aligned.
Part of this purchase were a number of existing school contracts with many campuses across the northern & western suburbs of Melbourne.
We'd also like to think that at Aligned Commercial we care and support our frontline cleaners better than any other group. This is shown by the longevity of service by our team with regular employee of the month awards with regular inclusive staff social events.
